COOLERS/FREEZERS

Introducing MYRA Custom Coolers, quality coolers and freezers manufactured in Dayton, Texas and distributed by Refrigeration Gaskets of Texas, Inc.

All of the MYRA Custom Coolers and Freezers are certified by NSF and the City Of Houston.

Our walk-in coolers and freezers are constructed with modular panels connected together with cam lock connectors by using a supplied 5/16 inch allen wrench.

Standard cooler and freezer panels are fabricated with tongue and groove either expanded or extruded insulation, then laminated to 26 gauge G-90 galvanized metal skins. All panels will have a two bulb NSF gasket. Panels are then inserted into our State of the Art foam panel heated press to assure a quality bond.

Our standard cooler and freezer doors are fabricated with high strength PVC extrusions, with welded corners, then hi pressure injected non CFC Class 1 urethane foam which bonds all our imbedded components together resulting heavy duty passage door. Our standard doors always come with a snap-in gasket for ease of replacement and cost savings.

Our cooler and freezer floor panels are built with aluminum or stainless steel metal skins bonded and sealed resulting in a superior floor that will carry the load.

Remember styrene is the choice of all customers who do not want a moisture soaked cooler and freezer vault with a low R value, starting at approximately 180 days after manufacture.
